    • Focus has been on maintaining the current services and hasn't prioritized innovation.

  • Why hasn't innovation been a priority? 

    • Because it is not a company-wide goal nor allocated the necessary resources. 

Analysis

  • The company must prioritize innovation and invest in new technology and expanded offerings to compete with rivals. It needs to set company-wide goals around innovation and allocate resources to achieve those goals. 

Revenue

  • Revenue has declined by 20% over the past six months, resulting in a loss of approximately $250,000 in revenue. 



ACTIONABLE TIP:

The company could create a video series called "Tech Talk: where they explore new technologies or share tips for optimizing IT infrastructure.

The videos could include humourous skits, visual aids, and interviews with industry experts to keep the content engaging and informative.

It could use this series to position itself as a thought leader in the industry and to attract potential clients who are looking for IT solutions.  

The company could leverage the skills and personalities of its employees to create content that is unique and memorable. 

For example, if they have a team member who is particularly charismatic or funny, they could feature them in the videos to add a personal touch and make the content more relatable to the audience.
