This week's approachable and doable tip: Don't overlook the planning involved for growth & development
In today's rapidly changing world, continuous learning and development is crucial for personal and professional growth.
Problem solving is always mentioned as a vital skill. The ability to do so is not easy for many. I share simple ways to make it happen.
Solve To Learn. This approach involves actively seeking out and solving problems, not just for the sake of finding a solution, but also to gain deeper understanding and knowledge. This approach can be applied to any field, from technology and engineering to sales and marketing.
Solve To Learn is not just about finding the right answer, it's about the process of discovery. By taking the time to analyze a problem, break it down into smaller components, and experiment with potential solutions, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter and develop new perspectives.
I help people frame problem solving into revenue without anxiety online. This approach can be used in both personal and professional settings. Especially helping be comfortable with new technology when it comes to efficient solutions.
For example, a software developer may choose to work on an open-source project outside of work hours to challenge themselves and learn a new programming language. Or, a marketer may take on a new project that requires them to develop a new marketing strategy and expand their skill set.
